Within the catalog of provision of services to local entities, the Tarragona Provincial Council, which provides services to 795,900 inhabitants of the municipalities, offers the possibility of drafting master plans for urban infrastructures. In this framework, the Provincial Council hired the BGEO company in 2016 to carry out the urban sanitation and drainage master plan for the municipality of Xerta. Thanks to this contract, BGEO applied Giswater technology in the drafting of the Sanitation Master Plan, where to achieve it it had the opportunity to develop specific tools for planning, such as the automatic generation of the files for the actions or the automatic calculation of performance budgets.
