The Garrotxa Public Health and Environment Consortium – SIGMA – is a local public entity made up of the Garrotxa County Council and the Olot City Council that manages the environment and public health of the city of Olot and the region of Garrotxa. It has contracted the services of BGEO in the training area and in the maintenance of a web environment for the corporate GIS of the drinking water systems and services in the Garrotxa region.
